“Connor LaVallie was an absolute pleasure to work with.  I had the pleasure of playing some college football with him for a year or two and witnessed his dedication and passion for bettering his mind and body.  Upon graduating I began to want more from myself and my workouts, missing the competition of football.  After seeing a picture of Connor prepping for a show, I knew that would be my next endeavor. From that point on, he became a real-life inspiration for me.  I wanted to look like Connor LaVallie, no longer like some stranger in a magazine.  I began working with him in preparation for a bodybuilding show almost a year in advance.  And although I was in a different state, Connor was available at a moment’s notice.  I could not say enough about this.  I know multiple times he was on vacation, or finishing up a semester, and there wasn’t an email, or a phone call, or a question that I had that went unanswered.  He took my body to limits I never thought I reach.  Strength, size, weight, all increased, then upon dieting, I reached my full potential.  I couldn’t have been happier with the product he put it, and in turn, couldn’t have been happier with the body I developed as a result.  There were times that I didn’t think I was making the changes necessary, or I slipped up on my diet, and Connor was always there, letting me know that these things happen, and assuring me that if I continued to follow his instruction, everything would come together.  He was an incredible coach, motivator, and I absolutely would call him a friend.  With it being my first show, I had some nerves, and again, he assured me that if I followed his instruction, everything would work out; and he was right.  He was the first to call me after my show, and timed it so perfectly that I had just walked out of the building.  He made me feel like I had just accomplished greatness. Connor LaVallie was absolutely the best coach I could have had, and I still follow his principles, even though I am not preparing for a competition.  Thank you, Connor” - Lee Fabiatos, J.D., New York
