- In June of 2010 I began looking online for a coach who met some of my checklist items. I wanted someone who was educated in the Nutritional Science field coupled with ‘street smarts’ about training. I’m not a competitive bodybuilder but wanted to make some life changes to begin building a better body/lifestyle. Reading Connor’s story about recovering from injury and his philosophies around training solidified my choice.
- We began working together and about six weeks into my program there was a freak accident that would drastically alter the course of my plan. I was a pedestrian standing on the sidewalk that was struck by a limousine at a speed of 40MPH. I suffered a major head injury, brain trauma and could not walk for an extended period of time due to several fractures and torn ligaments. Connor switched up my diet plan and saved me in a time where diet was the only saving grace due to my inability to work out. Over the next year we continued on a steady path as I recovered, one day at a time. It was during this period that Connor not only helped me achieve my physical goals but coached me through some of the many life lessons to be learned from the experience. I am indebted to him for his support during that timeframe.
- Over the past few years I’ve continued working with Connor and have gained an understanding of how my body responds to different macronutrients, percentages and timing of meals up to a point where it has become second nature. Connor is continuously monitoring my progress and updating my plan as we go. It has kept me on track and without his guidance I would not have achieved many of my goals thus far. His knowledge and patience to individual needs has been unparalleled, coupled with accessibility of being available for questions. It goes without saying that Connor comes highly recommended from me to help you reach your ultimate best.
